Yes, we have a custom LED tape Blueprint. Simply create a mesh for the LED tape in a 3rd party modeling software with UV’s from 0-1 along the direction of the tape. You can then specify the number of pixels it uses under 1 universe. If you have multiple universes of LED tape just slice into parts for each universe.
Yes! We now have included a built-in console with saveable presets
Not yet. Building a fixture in carbon is a painstaking and highly technical process. We are working on building a more user-friendly fixture system so our users can build and modify their own fixtures, and submit fixtures for potential inclusion in the global fixture library. If you are interested in participating in building fixtures for Carbon in the future, please contact us at support@imaginary-labs.com
To request a new fixture, please use our fixture request form here. Turnaround time is typically 2-4 weeks for standard requests. If you require a fixture urgently for a production, please contact sales@imaginary-labs.com for a priority fixture build request quote.
Please contact support@imaginary-labs.com with a list of fixtures you need and We'll respond within 24 hours.
No.
Our Enterprise license does allow for license checkouts. Please contact support@imaginary-labs.com for details and limitations.
Only the “enterprise” license is applicable for XR, Virtual Productions, live streaming, or any other form of public performance.
The design and Enterprise licenses do allow support for GRandMA3 viz-key for Previsualization/programming only. You MAY NOT use the GrandMA3 viz-key connection for any live or public performance or presentation as per the viz-key EULA with MA Lighting International. The viz-key connection will be disabled or watermarked if you attempt to use it concurrently with XR/live plugins such as Ndisplay, Stype, Disguise renderstream, and others with similar functionality.
You may upgrade your license to a higher level or longer term than your current subscription. We offer a pro-rated discount as a credit for your remaining value/time on your previous license. Downgrading is not currently possible, so you must cancel your subscription and purchase a new license if you wish to “downgrade”. No refunds are given for downgraded license or balance time remaining.
We offer trial periods by request. To receive a trial please contact sales@imaginary-labs.com
Yes, you may install Carbon for Unreal on as many computers as are needed, however only one machine may be active per license. We do offer bulk license pricing if you need more machines for render nodes, etc.
